Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

The Platform operates solely as a listing and facilitation service, connecting Users with independent Sellers or Service Providers. We are not involved in the sale, delivery, execution, or fulfillment of any goods or services listed.

  • Return, refund, exchange, or cancellation requests must be directed to the respective Seller/Service Provider from whom the product or service was purchased or booked.
  • The Platform does not process or guarantee any form of return, refund, or cancellation, and holds no liability for disputes or dissatisfaction arising from such transactions.
  • Each Seller or Service Provider may have their own policies regarding cancellations, replacements, or refunds, and Users are advised to review and confirm those policies before making a purchase or booking.
  • Any claims, disagreements, or complaints must be resolved directly between the User and the relevant Seller or Service Provider. The Platform may, at its sole discretion, offer limited support or mediation, but has no obligation or authority to enforce resolutions.

All transactions undertaken by a User with an affiliated Seller/Service Provider must be duly recorded in the Seller/Service Provider Company-authorised (VICSPL’s) mobile application at the time of purchase. The User shall inform the Seller/Service Provider of their registered status prior to completion of the purchase. In the event that a Seller/Service Provider refuses or fails to record the transaction due to any reason including but not limited to lack of internet access, absence of device or authorised personnel, the User shall have the right to cancel the transaction without any obligation. VICSPL shall not be liable for any unrecorded transaction, and no loyalty reward points shall accrue in such cases.
